CA Nilesh Gandhi
B.Com, FCA, ACS · Founder
Founder of the firm with more than 31 years of experience as an advisor in accounting, auditing, taxation and consultancy. His expertise lies in audits, GST consultancy, and handling scrutiny, appeals and representation before various authorities. He has trained more than 65 CA students.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) in 1990 and as a Company Secretary (ICSI) in 1994, and cleared ICWA Inter in 1992. He was a partner at V.S. Kothari & Associates from 1990 to 2012, is currently a partner with Shailesh Kamdar & Associates and Khokani Gandhi & Co., and is an active member of the Goregaon CA CPE Circle.
CA Rohan Nilesh Gandhi
B.Com, FCA, Diploma in IFRS
A Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 2017) with more than 7 years of experience in audit, taxation and equity research. He has expanded the firm’s services from traditional audit and taxation into multi-faceted consultancy, including advisory for upcoming startups.
He holds a certification in Equity Research from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and a Diploma in IFRS. Before joining the firm he was an Equity Research Analyst at Anand Rathi, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, wealth management and portfolio management services.
