CA. Nilesh Gandhi (B.com, FCA & ACS)
Nilesh Gandhi is the founder of the firm having experience of more than 31 years and has commendable track record as an advisor in accounting, auditing, taxation and consultancy. He has trained more than 65 CA students. His expertise lies in Audits, Consultancy on GST, handling scrutiny, appeals and representation matters with various authorities.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1990. He also qualified as a Company Secretaries from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 1994 and cleared ICWA inter in 1992.
Prior to commencement of practice, was a partner at V.S. Kothari & Associates from 1990 to 2012. Currently, associated with Shailesh Kamdar & Associates and Khokani Gandhi & Co as a partner. He is active member at Goregaon CA CPE Circle.
CA Rohan Nilesh Gandhi (B.com, FCA & Diploma in iFRS)
Rohan Nilesh Gandhi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 7 years of experience in the field of Audit, taxation and equity research. He has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of the firm’s services from traditional Auditing and Taxation to multi-faceted consultancy. Business consultancy for development and growth of upcoming startups.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2017. Certification in Equity Research (National Institute of Securities Markets) and diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards.
Prior to joining the firm, he was working with one of the leading broking Company –Anand Rathi as Equity Research Analyst. During his tenure there, he gained hands on experience in the field of financial planning, wealth management and portfolio management services. Currently he is providing stock market insights to Vijeta broking private limited to aid decision making process
